1. Orders & Delivery:
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: We usually deliver within 5 to 7 working days across Pakistan. Please note that during sale periods or public holidays, delivery might take slightly longer.
Q: What are the delivery charges?
A: We offer a flat shipping rate of PKR 300 on all orders nationwide.
Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
A: Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery services so you can pay for your order at your doorstep when you receive it.
2. Returns & Exchanges:
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 10-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not satisfied, you can return the item within 10 days of receiving it, provided it is unworn and has original tags.
Q: Do you offer cash refunds?
A: We process refunds via Bank Transfer or Store Credit Voucher. We do not offer cash refunds on delivery.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item to our warehouse.
3. Product Inquiries:
Q: Do the colors look exactly the same as in the pictures?
A: We try our best to capture the exact colors. However, due to photographic lighting and different screen displays, there might be a slight variation in shade.
Q: Are these original designs?
A: Yes, MANA is a project of Nadir Digital Textile. All our prints and designs are originally crafted with premium quality fabrics.
Q: How do I wash the garments?
A: We recommend hand washing or dry cleaning for our embroidered and delicate fabrics to ensure they last longer.
