1. 10-Day Return Window:
Our return policy lasts for 10 days. If 10 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please ensure your return request is processed within this timeframe.

2. Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

You must provide the Order ID or Invoice.
(Note: If the returned item is found to be damaged, stained, or used, the request will be rejected.)

3. Refund Options (Your Choice):
We offer flexibility for your refunds. You can choose one of the following two options:

Option A (Bank Transfer): The refund amount is transferred directly to your bank account.

Option B (Store Credit/Voucher): We issue a credit voucher/coupon code for the equivalent amount, which you can use to shop on our website anytime.

4. Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Processing Time:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or message. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
